Set as default button not visible on dashboards

I'm not able to view 'Set as Default' pin sometimes on dashboards page. 

What is the required fix for this issue?

    I was looking into this and found that you might have faced this issue for the dashboard which were created by developers/or used custom entities.  Correct me if i am wrong.
