More of an informational post rather than a question
Worked with a client today that had a 3-4 minute delay after closing a transaction. Drawer would pop and then after about 4 minutes the printer would print the receipt.
In troubleshooting/verifying the receipt format, I noticed a significant delay in opening the receipt template in Store Operations Manager. Was persistent across all receipt templates - not just the customized template.
Ended up being a .NET Framework repair that fixed the issue.
No other cases seemed to have been posted on this issue/resolution.
