Hello, I do not what IDE is better to develop pluggins and new funtionality to Dynamics 365, Visual Studio 2015 or Visual Studio 2017?

    If you have access to both, I was use VS2017.

    There are several advantages from an IDE and performance standpoint.

    As far as the plugins (or the end result), they will both give you the same result.

    Hope this helps.

    Yes, you can use the Community version to develop plugins for D365 Online or OnPrem.
