Tracked Emails not appearing on user's timeline

I have a user who can not see emails that were tracked by other users on the timeline for a contact. Other users are able to see those tracked emails on their timelines. The behavior is not consistent for this user across all contacts.

    Hi Lisa,

    Please check if the user has Organization level of Read permission of Activity in the security roles.

    Is this user not able to see tracked emails for all the contacts or for certain contacts ?

    If it is for certain contacts, are the contacts under a specific Teams/Business Unit ?

    Please check the Privileges given to the Activity entity for those Business Units/Teams.

    Hi Lisa,

    You need to check Security Roles. It seems the user has the "User" level access privilege so the user can see his/her records. If you want the user to see other user's records as well then you need to change access level privileges permissions from "User" to "Business Unit/Parent Child Business Units/Organization" as per the requirement.
