    Hi,
You can refer to this blog about setting up an external catalog, it provides steps and screenshots, also you can refer to the cXML example there. https://www.dynamicsduoacademy.com/post/punchout-external-catalogs-via-cxml-protocol
    Best Regards,
    Hana

    Hi,
This issue may be caused by a code conflict issue. Sometimes it can happen in environment basis, for this case please talk to a developer to debug and know the root cause. Please provide more information to help us better answer your questions, such as the business scenario of the code in your question, and if there are any errors when compiling the code.
    Best regards,
    Kevin

    Hi

What are you doing to get this error? Are you validating a catalog, or attempting to create a PunchOut requisition?

Is the cXML you have pasted coming from the CXML cart message log? If yes, what is the output on the PunchOut trace and PunchOutSetupResponse tabs?
