    Is your question:

How often should a SQL Database be 'maintained' - based on usage of 6 days per week, by between 6 to 25 users?

The answer is that the amount of users and how long they stay accessing the database is largely irrelevant. Its what they are doing, howmuch activity they generate, what jobs are being run.

Also what do you mean by maintenance? There are posts to be found on Google with recommendation for setting up SQL maintenance plans. General SQL maintenance plans should be set to run nightly (personaly I believe after backups have been completed).

    Hope this helps.

    Ian.

Could you restate your question please.  it's not clear to me what you are asking.
