User Summary Report doesn't generate

I'm logged in as an Administrator in our Dynamics Online 2016 environment and when I run the User Summary Report nothing shows up ... nothing; just a white screen.  How does one get data on this report?

    Hi Scott:  

    I was using IE.  I just tried using Safari and it works.  Maybe it's my version of IE at work.  It's government, so we're a little behind.
