HI,

I am trying to upload the budgets for Analytical Accounting dimension codes (Projects).

The problen is that the excel format that I have is by "dimension code description" not by the code itself.

Is there a way to change this format from description to code. As description of the code can vary but code is always constant with coding convention.

Hi,

Do the following steps for adding codes:

1. Add new sheet in excel and copy all dimension codes in this new sheet.

2. Add one blank column before dimension description in your budget sheet.

3. In this blank column add "VLookup()" function and take dimension codes from newly inserted sheet.

Hi,

using the import/export tool i am not aware if we can change the format. but you can use table import to work around.
