I have been locked out by the system from seeing or generating any reports in MR or new financial reporting tool.

It looks users related. Everybody else from my team can generate the reports and see them. And even those generated by others, when i click to view, it gives me this error?

Anybody?

    Hello Veronika,

Do you have other roles assigned?

Can you test whether deleting the usage data helps?

    Best regards,

    Ludwig

    Hi Ludwig,

I did all possible tests such as clearing the usage data and my personnalisations. We reset the data mart and restarted the MR service couple of times.

In the back ground there was no errors. All integrations were fine. Which is the worst.

Next day same problem for another user, we reset and restart the service, and the service was back.  But there was a problem with budget attributes, they were all gone.

But then in the background the integration wasn't complete. At some point the budget attributes were back.

So the only possibility of what broke my access is this budget integration. Because I was testing a comparaison of budget plan scenarios and so I was testing all kinds of attributes in the column definition, pretty hard.

There is no other way to explain this behavior.

    Very discouraging.

Basically, reset and restart is the solution for all.

Another possible cause could be, changes made to one of These roles: Accounting Manager, Accounting Supervisor, Financial Controller, Budget Manager.

I am system administrator. I had the budget clerk and the budget manager roles as well.

Then to make sure it wasn't that, my user was recreated.

And this still did not make any difference.

I guess, I didn't convey my Point quite clearly in my previous comment.

I meant, is it possible that somebody kept changing the users in one of those roles?

I don't have another Explanation as to why such behavior changes occur for different users (at different times)
