Hi there,
My client sends out 200k+ emails a month. My questions are-
1) Can marketing campaign and quick campaign support such a big blast?
2) Would the company be blacklisted or all emails marked as SPAM?

Hi Jay,
I am not sure whether you will be blacklisted or emails marked as SPAM, but for stuff like this it is recommended to use a third party email service. See the following two articles. The first mentions mass email is unsupported, and the second is Exchange Online limits (if that is the mail server you are using).
