Inoort Data to Update a Field

Hi,

I am using dynamics crm 2016 online version. There is a field on a form that i need to manually import data to update it. I created some columns on this form, imported the csv file but it ended up creating a new record instead of updating this existing record. What should i do to make update happen? Which field ahould be used as connector if i don't see an unique value on this form that could be used as primary key?

You should open the advanced find search and configure to include the field that you want to update.

Then export it to Excel, update the value and re-import it to CRM.
