Hi All,

We are facing error as "Field Service database version is out of sync. This might indicate a failed solution import or upgrade." While saving Account,Contact or Qualifying Lead. This issue has been observed Post solution moment from our Dev environment to SIT environment.

Dev Environment :

FieldService : 8.3.0.225

FieldServicePatch_1 : 8.3.1.0

FieldServiceAnchor : 8.3.1.0

FieldServiceUCIAppModule : 7.5.5.65

SIT Environment :

FieldService : 8.3.0.225

FieldServicePatch_1 : 8.3.0.225

FieldServiceAnchor : 8.3.0.225

FieldServiceUCIAppModule : 7.5.5.48

This occurred with me during PSA upgrade. Please log a support ticket. This really needs to be escalated and handled by support and engineering

You can also retry the upgrade as this will often resolve this issue.

I have marked Scott's and Jason's answers as verified. Retrying the upgrade and an SR are the ways forward.
