I have been working on the problem of not being able to integrate the knowledge base into the customer portal for some time. Every time I try to access it, it says "Page not found".
I have carried out the steps as described by Microsoft:
- Customer Service Hub app --> Knowledge Base Management --> Settings
- Support Portal Connection --> Yes
- URL format: https://portaladdress.com/knowledgebase/{kbnum}
- Dynamics 365 Portals App --> Content --> Web Pages
- Knowledge Base Web Page settings:
- Added the page to the portal
Unfortunately, however, as I said, the link does not work, it just says that the page was not found.
Since I specified the entity list "Knowledge Articles" in the settings above, I noticed the following setting for it:
Could the error be that no is selected here for "Enable Entity permissions"?
And where can I find the setting to change this?
