Hi,

I haven't encounter this issue before. "You do not have permission to access this project resource. You will now be returned to the homepage to select another project." I'm inside the project in LCS and when I try to open the environments by clicking on the environment. Then, the error prompt. The same thing when I try to open the Azure settings. An error prompt. "Only project owners, environment manager and operations user can edit subscription settings." ---The account I used in accessing the project is the default admin Tenant account. I checked the project user, the account is listed as project owner by default.

I created another account and assign as project owner. But, the same issue prompt. This issue only showed up yesterday.

The issue is now fixed. The culprit is the office 365 subscription has been disabled/expired. Reactivate your subscription and everything will be back to normal.

Renbee, I am new to LCS and am getting the same error "You do not have permission to access this project resource. You will now be returned to the homepage to select another project." Can you specify the steps to resolve the issue.

I am also seeing this same issue, and I have no option in the Office 365 portal to reactivate my recently expired subscription. None of the Microsoft support contacts I've tried have been able to help me. Can anyone tell me the proper channel to get support on this?

Go to your Office365, (by clicking on the More tools > Office 365 Users on the LCS project level)

if you're on the O365 page, go to Billing > subscription, you can see, your status as, Expired or Disabled.

above the status, there is an "i" icon. click it and it will prompt a new page.

in the O365 admin help page, go to "In this Article" section and you can see links:

What are my options if my subscription is about to expire?

What happens after my subscription expires?

What happens if I cancel a subscription?

this will guide you how to reactivate your subscription.

    Hi,

I have same problem, but still not found solution

I have valid licence office 365 and Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement Plan

I create new project in LCS

    with param:

product name Microsoft Dynamics CRM / Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement

    product version Microsoft Dynamics CRM

and after i press Create button I get error:

You do not have permission to access this project resource. You will now be returned to the homepage to select another project.

I can't open this new project.

How can i fix it? do i need to assign any additional licenses to be able to access the project?  Or I must try do something else?
