Copy Company in NAV 2016 but does not show up in the companies page

Hi Everyone,

I am having an issue with one of our client. They have NAV 2016 and we are trying to copy a Live company and name that as a Test. The process completes but then we dont see the company in the companies page as well we cannot select the company from the select company option. 

Did any else ever faced this issue.

    Hi, looks like a permission issue.

    Please confirm whether the company name is set in the permission set of the User Card? Try clearing this value.

    I have checked, there are no company specific permissions in the permission set / User group in User card. Its strange that the copy process finishes but the company does not show up.
