GP Support asking for Access ID and Contract ID number

Posted on by 10

My customer has enhancement plan that includes incidents, when they contacted support today they were asked to provide

the Access ID number and the Contract ID number.  the Access ID number starts with 13 or 15, has 8 to 9 digits, and it changes every year.

the Contract ID number has 8 to 9 digits, and it changes every year.

Question, where can that be found or how do they go about setting one up?

    Hi Jade,

If you're a partner, that information used to be accessible thru your Partner Source account, but since that has been discontinued by Microsoft, you're likely to find this under the new partner portal..  see this blog post from Microsoft:
