How do I change the U of M on the item maintenance? See attached.
I told the customer to try the below - but it didn't work for him:
If you're using Extended pricing, it's possible that the "PriceGroup" field of the item master, which I think comes from/is used in the "Standard Pricing" module may be blank, and that's the source of the error message.
Try changing the Price Group of the item in question to something else, then back to the original (the old Windows(tm) trick) and that may reset it to the correct setting. Then change your UoM again and see if you get the error.
