Dynamics nav 2016 complete in the cloud, azure?

I'm new to dynamics nav. My company wants to move to the cloud as much as possible.

Is it possible to run dynamics nav 2016 complete in the cloud. Microsoft does not offer dynamics as a service? As an extension on office365?

If not is there an option to run it complete on azure? If so, is there some more information available?
