Dimension Attribute Value Validation

Hello,

I've been checking the DimensionAttributeValueValidation class and in getStatusForRequest where active from and active to value of dimension attribute value, they're being compared to parmValidationDate().

Where does this parm method get its value? What setup in AX will pass the date value to parmValidationDate()?
