I am with a friend that is a client; we wanted some pre-sales questions answered. We were looking for the CRM trial account link to play around before we made a purchase of an Office 365 subscription. I asked the Microsoft Chat rep, if he could assist and he came back saying - "This chat is being monitored please contact a rep" and closed the connection:
