Tables Missing from Dataverse Search Results

I am trying to figure out why two of the tables that are set up to be indexed for Dataverse search do not show up in the results.  Can anyone point me in the right direction?

    Hi Amy Feit,

    The two are not directly related, and the search results depend on whether the table exists in the model-driven application:
