Date goes back in time

Good afternoon,

We use add-on to recalculate delivery times.
Now we see some orders go back in time 01-01-2000

Does this have to do with financial institutions?
Computer settings?
Expiration of data in the sales order?

Or does anyone have another suggestion?

Thanks in advance for your reply.

I have the same question (0)

    Hi, I suspect it's a problem with the add-on.
In BC, the date format is determined by Region. Maybe they did not consider other formats when testing the add-on, you can consult the development partners.

    For example,

    In English (United States)

    In Japanese (Japan)

    Hope this helps.

    Thanks.
