Default Email sender

Hi,

I have two silly questions:

1) How to default the email sender for different documents? 

Example, we would like to default:

Invoices sent out from account@companyname.com.au

Purchase Orders sent out from purchasing@companyname.com.au

2) How to enable a user to send documents? I can see some users are not allowed to send documents in BC?

    Hi LaserCopr 

    1. In order to send documents using different email id you need to setup email scenarios in email setup. Below are the blogs where you can refer it.

    2. what is the error when users tries to send documents. Can you share a screenshot of it ?

    From the assisted setup the user should go through the setup for outgoing mail.

    This can also be done by an administrator for all users in the company.
