    Hi Mohammed,

Thank for your reply.   Just to clarify, I’m a MS CRM TS focused on large enterprise customers.  This issue is happening in my primary demo environment.   It only happened when I’m accessing the system using the outlook client interface.  I do not get the pop-up when I run the same test accessing the system via the IE browser.   I’m assuming it’s a setting somewhere?

This problem started after the latest product update (which I did not install).  I did update the SharePoint list component to the lasts version.

My  environment is an online instance: microsoft11.crm.dynamics.com

    SharePoint link is: https://uscrm.sharepoint.com/

Yes, the problem is repeatable and I am the only user using this environed.  I would like to fix this error as it does not show well during a customer demo in a sales cycle.

    Thanks for your help,

    Jasmin

    Hi Mohammed

Is there a case on this with MS-developer? Are MS working on this issue?

    Thanks for info,

    HÃ¥kan

I fought with this error for quite a while, so I thought I'd share the solution that worked for me.  Under System > Administration > System Settings > Customization tab, uncheck the box "Load pages in the most recent version of Internet Explorer."

This is not really a permanent solution, the customizations causing the error will have to be updated, but it works.

    Hi,

I'm getting this exact error (on premises set up).  When I go to customization under system settings there isnt a "load Pages...." option

Is that an online option only?

When you say the customizations need to be fixed, did you ever do this?

Hi, we are experiencing this same error...it just started showing up in the last few days. We have CRM online and SharePoint locally inside our firewall.

I would love to know more about how you determined which customizations are causing the problem?  (and are you referring to CRM or SharePoint customizations)

Also (dumb question) where are you suggesting that the workaround is done?  CRM or my computer?

    thanks much

    Hello everyone,

I am having the same issue with CRM 2015 and Outlook 2010.

The setting that Michelle mentioned is not in Server Settings anymore. I had to use the Organization Setting Editor, and even when disabling the option, I still have the error. Any hint?

    Thanks a lot!

    Jeff
