Brazilian localization - Procurement categories

Hello team!

We are working with localization in Brazil and we are hesitating if it is possible to use procurement categories. Although in the following link it says that it is out of scope "Catalogs and categorization" I am not sure if it refers to "procurement categories"

I think it's not possible since even the Procurement category field is not editable in the PO with Brazil localization enabled.
