Multiple Pick Tickets from one Sales Order

Is there a way in GP to have one Sales order dropped onto multiple pick tickets and have each individual pick ticket be invoiced?

For example, lets say we have a sales order for 100 of item A. However, we only have a quantity of 30 of Item A at our warehouse so we back order the balance, allocate those 30 items, place it on a pick ticket, and send the pick ticket to our warehouse for fulfillment (we are using separate fulfillment). As we receive more product in to our warehouse, we would like to allocate and create different pick tickets off the same order so that it looks like something below:

Pick Ticket 1: 30 Items

Pick Ticket 2: 45 Items

Pick Ticket 3: 25 Items

Thus we'd like to be able to send 3 different pick tickets to our warehouse (off the same order) and have these be fulfilled and invoiced separately. Would this be possible? The only way I can see this being done right now is to place back ordered quantities onto a back order document and then transfer them onto separate orders.

No default option for that in GP. We have customized pick tickets for one on our client having same requirement. we create delivery ID for them to show with which pick ticket print and delivery id they have invoiced what quantity, with partial PO transfer. so before each transfer they print and got the delivery status of items, in this way have multiple Pick ticket for same order. It's just the overview off course modifying report to show delivery id and keeping history of all delivery id showing the status of PO with each print will be saved and retrieved from custom table for smartlist or custom reports etc.
