Hello everyone,
I need to create a Sandbox but im getting this error.
If I try to update Production i get this
This is my current version for Production

Have you tried to copy your production environment instead of creating a new sandbox?
You can do that from the admin center.
You could also reschedule your update to happen faster if you want to focus on the latest version.
Hi, It looks like you are trying to create an old version Sandbox.
When creating a new Sandbox, only the latest version can be selected.
Or please use Copy feature.
For the update, you can try to reschedule your update from the following windows.

Thanks for the response. I'm still unable to copy Production from the Production link on the admin center and when I try from the main page I don't get the option to Copy production.
This is the error that I'm getting when copying from within the Production enviroment.
And is not letting me change the update date. I opened a case with Microsfot because I've never seen this error before.
In your case i would recommend that you raise a supportcase with Microsoft through your CSP partner so they can look at what is going on.
Thanks for the help. We opened a case with Microsoft, and they gave us a solution. The problem was that I chose to update the system on the last day available, and they deleted the previous version so there was no way to reverse this date to get an early update.
