I have run all jobs in Distribution Schedule. All jobs are running more than 2 hours. It still not changed into applied status.
Please do the needful.

"Available" status means download data package has been created and download session is waiting for being picked up.
If it's Default channel database (without RCSU deployed), go to Channel Database form -> Data writing batch job -> check if it's running or not.
If it's RSSU channel database, make sure RSSU Async client is running.
If it's offline database, make sure MPOS is activated and running, and "Pause offline synchronization" is off (if applies).
If above doesn't help, we would need more details to investigate further. Please open a support ticket with more details as it is complicated to answer through the community forums.
