Hi,

HeadQuarter server 
Run-time error '-2147024891 (80070005)':
Access is denied

HQ

The customer is using RMS 2.0.165 running on SQL express 2008 r2.

any help would be appreciated

    Check your permission on server try run as administrator

    other check you are running on updated environments and remote connection of sql server is allowed
