CRM 2011 installation GrantAspNetServiceAccountAccessAction failed

Hello all,

can anyone help us with this error?

We are desperately trying to install a CRM2011 Full Server on a MS 2012 R2 Server (also tried 2012 Standard without R2 before) via SHS and config.xml and we get this error.

The installing User has Access to the Groups and the old, on 2008 R2, installation was also done with this User. For the new installation we are using clean new groups.

We had an "Account Unknwon" in the OU Groups and deleted it.

But the error still appears:
