Workflow threw an exception for the following reason: El método 'Convertamountfield' en el tipo 'Dynamics.Ax.Application.ExpressionCurrencyDefaultProvider' del ensamblado 'Dynamics.Ax.Application, Version=6.3.3000.111, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=null' no tiene una implementación.

You will need to re-visit the workflow configuration. It is possible that someone may have tried or edited the workflow for a condition and closed/saved the workflow without completely fixing it.

Also, it is possible that any of the conditional stuff put in the workflow is missing a configuration setup in General Ledger currency.

I think question is incomplete, which workflow is having this issue ? Try CIL and revisit the workflow configuration and make sure you dont have any error there.

You may debug the workflow document class, if you know the debugging. You can find the document class name using workflowType.
