Hello, at Dinamycs NAV 2017, how can you put an item visible on the web but not available for purchase?

    Hi

    i don't remeber if you have also purchasing block option at item card level with NAV 2017. You have it with BC for sure, then it is only blocked with purchase process.

    I've put a lock on it, but it won't let you do anything else with the article. I've already tried that option. I wanted to know if there was another one.

    You can just keep the item "Blocked" i.e. on Item Card there is a boolean named "Blocked", just keep it checked. The user will not be able to view and select this item on his document (let's say PO), but would not be able to post it. In fact once they select the item which is blocked, they will get the error.
