Wages on WC Summary

The wages on the Payroll Summary report differ from the wages on the Worker Comp Summary (Payroll Summary higher).  All the pay codes that the individual was paid under, are assigned a WC code and are all taxable.  The Pay Code Summary matches the Payroll Summary.  I've run the Reconcile report for this individual and it showed no changes.  What am I missing here?

Had to chuckle...I posed a similar question on 11/29/16 but thought it only affected the blended OT rates.  Apparently not, I tried to the solution I suggested back then and it works for this (non-blended OT) as well. In the Workers' Compensation Setup window, I changed the “Calculate Tax on Overtime Using” from Straight Pay Rate to Overtime Pay Rate.
