Hello everyone,

I am looking for a fast way to make changes to items on items lists page.

I have a case where i need to change gross weight of over 1000 items to one value (1000). as this is a long list, it will take time to finish the list and I am looking for a faster solution.

can anyone suggest how to make changes to all the items gross weight i want to change.

I tested your solution and it works. I also used NAV repair tool (not part of standard NAV) for this solution.

Hi Toba,

You could consider writing a Codeunit or a Report to do the update. Another possibility would be to export the data to a spreadsheet using RapidStart and make the changes in the exported spreadsheet and then import them again with RapidStart.

Whatever you decided I'd recommend trying it out in a Test environment first to make sure you don't get unexpected results.
