Detail Journal Entry Inquiry

My accountant needs to be able to access the journal entry detail window. He continues to get a message stating that he does not have security privileges to open this window. I have added all the tasks that relate to AA Inquires, but to no avail. I have added INQ_AA_001 and INQ_AA_002. He has the role of AA manager. I even tried giving him the role of Accounting Manager just to see if that would work, but it did not. What task in particular will give him this privilege. Thank you in advance.
