Changing dates for all journal lines in a general journal

Hey,

I have general journals, which have posting date for closed period. Before I could change the first row's date and all rows were updated with the same posting date. After the upgrade the dates will no longer change automatically for other rows.

It takes too much time to open each journal in excel and change the date or update all rows manually.

How can I fix the problem? Is it a setup issue or...?

Hi,

I realized this is a slowness and refresh issue, after refreshing this works as usual.

You can use the "Edit in bulk" feature, this will cater your requirement, if you have not enabled the feature, you can enable and select the lines and select "Edit selected rows"

Unfortunately we don't have the edit row option available on our D365.

You need to enable the feature from feature management.
