Multiple "Outposts" or "Sites" for one Customer

Hello,

I´m evaluating Dynamics Field Service for our Company

Our Company takes Site Surveys for mobile communication Towers and other field equipment , so we have cases in whitch one customer has up to 36000 sites all over Europe but billing address is the same Customer.

Is it possible to add "outposts" or "sites" to one Customer, all with Geo Code , Equipment , Documentation and so on.

In many Cases we have to make site surveys, after that material delivery, and finally sending Technicians to the sites to fix things.

Without this options Field Service don´t seem right for our Company.

What you could probably do is create the Billing address as the Parent Account and make all the Delivery Addresses as child Accounts. So when you go and create a Work Order. The Delivery Account will be the location of the job but the Billing Account will be the account you charge. Will need some customization to achieve this but i think it will be suitable.

If you don't want to use the Accounts Entity you can just create your own custom 'Sites' entity and Geocode that entity and then you can associate the sites with the Billing customer.
