I use the app which you can download at this URL to import entities, fields and options sets defined in an excel spreadsheet
The article gives some details on how to use it

It is pretty basic but works well for me so feel free to give it a try

Import and Export option for Data. But I would like to add new fields or do some customization directly from Excel and changes save into CRM2016.
CRM already allows you to import data into CRM from Excel, or to export data from CRM to Excel, edit, then reimport. Do you have requirements beyond this ?
