Hello,

I am getting the following error message in my USD 2.0 log file. I am not sure how to correct this issue. Any Help on this issue is appreciated.

Microsoft.Crm.UnifiedServiceDesk.Dynamics Error 2 01/06/2016 11:41:01 AM Source : Microsoft.Uii.AifServices

Method : GetOptionSetting
Date : 11:41:01 AM
Time : 01/06/2016
Error : Try to update the local store again by calling the GetOptions function.
Parameter name: itemName
Stack Trace : at Microsoft.Uii.AifServices.OptionsService.GetOptionSetting(String itemName)
at Microsoft.Crm.UnifiedServiceDesk.Dynamics.Controls.WebBrowserComboBoxItem..ctor(PresenterControl parent)

Exactly when is this message happening?

Is it all users or just one?

Have you tried the latest version of usd 2.1?
