Main Accounts error

Going through setup and adding Chart of Accounts :
10010  Cash Asset
10011 Cash-Petty Asset

When I go back to view Main Accounts, I receive an error:

The menu item with name mainaccountdetails could not be opened.

Any ideas on what needs to be fixed for Main Accounts?

    HI BMRUser,

    There can be a hickup in the connection or there is a problem with data entities or another issue. We had the same issue last week with the All customers. Then we asked Microsoft to restart the services which solved the problem.

    If this is not a production environment, you can perform an IIS reset yourself. Can you tell if there a customizations where data entities were added?

    We are walking through GL setup and we are missing:

    General Ledger -> Set up -> Ledger

    No customization's to data entities, just general setup.

    How can I do an IIS Reset?

    Assuming it is not a production environment: Log in in the VM.

    Open a command promp using 'Run as administrator'. 

    Then type: IISRESET.
