Updating from 2.0.0116 to 2.0.0160

Our RMS installation is a bit dated. We have 2 stores with HQ. We're currently at 2.0.0116 and we'd like to go to the most recent version, 2.0.0160, but I have some questions:

1. Are there any major changes to POS that will require re-training of our staff?

2. Is there anything specific I should know about doing the update or is it just the standard "run the .exe on each computer and click yes till it's done" type thing?

3. From what I understand every register and server needs to be on the same version. On which machine do I start running the updates?
