How to modify an item number

Hello,

I want to modify our existing item numbers. When we upgraded to GP2013 I was told it would be possible. I've found the customer combiner/modifier, but can't find the same tool for the item numbers.

Does anyone know where to do this?

Hi Jennifer,

You will need to get in contact with your Microsoft Partner on getting a copy of the Professional Services Tool Library. It has the functionality that you are looking to accomplish the Inventory Item number change.

Your Partner will need to download the add on from Partnersource.
