Smart List just showing a blank page for a user

Hi All,

A user is unable to access the smartlists.  When ever he tries to open it, all he gets is a blank window.

I tried to change the parameter where syDefaultType = '96'

using https://community.dynamics.com/gp/b/dynamicsuniversitygp/posts/smartlist-window-won-t-open-for-a-specific-user .

But still it didn't work either. Please let me know if there are any other ways. Thanks!
