change of address in Fundraising and Engagement

I have a question regarding updating records, a change of address, it fails to make this with hereafter that the change of address is noted under the changes of address tab.

Is there anyone who has experience with this and can explain exactly how address changes work in Fundraising and Engagement?

When you change Address Line 1 and Zip code, the backend system will create a new Address Change record, which will be shown in the Contact's Timeline.

If you investigate the Contact form in designer mode, the Address Change sub-grid is using the 'My Open Address Changes' view.

Further looking into this view, you can see the filter condition is like this:

The issue is from the Activity Party: Party equals current user.

If you modify the Address Changes sub-grid to use 'All Address Changes' view, you can get what you expected.

I tried this see images, but Address Changes does not show a record of these changes.

Hi Wijzijnmeo,

The Address Changes tab displays the previous and updated address information when someone changes the Address Line 1 and ZIP/Postal Code fields on the Address Details tab.
