I won't bore you with the many, many, MANY things I've tried, contacts to Microsoft, phone calls, emails, screen shares, etc. etc. to get resolution to this.
Please tell me if any of you can get to the Knowledge Base and App Pre-certification links on https://experienceisv.microsoftcrmportals.com/ ?
All I get is Access Denied, which doesn't really make sense. But I digress.
