    You could use dataflow from PowerBI.
    Connect a dataflow to you Business Central database and connect your Excel to the dataflow.

    You can create your own custom layouts that enable you to change the appearance of report when it's viewed, printed, or saved. You can create multiple custom report layouts for the same report, and then switch the layout that is used by a report as needed. For more information please  refer to this document :

    * docs.microsoft.com/.../ui-how-create-custom-report-layout

    * www.youtube.com/watch

    Also, you can make your Dynamics 365 Business Central data available as a data source in Power BI Desktop and build powerful reports of the state of your business.

    Adding to other comments, many reports have an option to Print to Excel which gives you a good table of data.

    You can take pretty much any report and use the Printer as Excel. This creates and html Excel file and it hard to manipulate but still doable.

    Shagufta,

    Adding to other replies... on the Aged Accounts Payable report you have the option to Print to Excel or Send to Excel. Have you tried both?

    Also, if you do not like the report, you can try Jet Reports, which comes from over 100+ free reports and one is Aged AP.

    Hope this helps.

    Thanks,

    Steve

    Hi, shagufta Niazi

    The best way to extract data in excel reports D365 business central is through Jet reports or Jet analytics you can visit experts in this field

    According to my knowledge what I can suggest is

    Jet Reports is a popular reporting tool that can be used to extract data from Excel reports in Dynamics 365 Business Central. Here are the general steps to extract data using Jet Reports:

    Install Jet Reports: First, you need to install Jet Reports on your computer. Jet Reports can be downloaded from the Jet Reports website. Follow the installation instructions to install Jet Reports on your computer.

    Connect to Dynamics 365 Business Central: Once Jet Reports is installed, you need to connect to your Dynamics 365 Business Central environment. To do this, open a new Excel workbook and click on the Jet ribbon. From there, select "Data Source Settings" and click on "New." Then, select "Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central" from the list of data sources and enter your Business Central URL, username, and password.

    Create a new report: After you have connected to Business Central, you can create a new report. To do this, click on the Jet ribbon and select "New Report." Choose the appropriate report type (e.g. table builder, financials, inventory) and select the data source you created in step 2.

    Select data fields: In the report builder, select the fields you want to include in your report. You can drag and drop fields from the "Data Items" pane onto the report canvas.

    Customize report layout: You can customize the layout of your report by adding headers, footers, and formatting the data. Jet Reports provides many formatting options to make your report look professional.

    Run and refresh the report: Once you have created your report, you can run it by clicking on the "Run" button on the Jet ribbon. If you need to refresh the data in the report, simply click on the "Refresh" button.

    These are the basic steps to extract data in Excel reports from Dynamics 365 Business Central using Jet Reports. Jet Reports provides many advanced features to create complex reports, so it's worth exploring the tool further to see what it can do for your business.
