    Hi Ravi,

Have you tried any other browser for testing? Does any other entity like Leads, Opportunities have similar issue?

I don't recommend legacy form rendering on as it may cause editable grid control  issue in the future:

    crmtipoftheday.com/.../

    www.inogic.com/.../

I found following issue thread while not related with legacy form rendering could be for your reference:

    community.dynamics.com/.../887175

If above still not help, I would recommend you to raise one ticket to MS for known issue confirmation. Thanks.

    Regards

    Johnny
