Social Activity Pane - retrieving data problem

Hi all,
we are facing a problem with Social Activity Pane in CRM 2016. Our plugin handling retrievemultiple for activities and updating query. In all views, advanced find, search working fine. In activity pane is not executed.

there are 3 sections. Post, Activities, Notes.
Post - can catch retrieving data with RetrieveRecordWall message - normal
Notes - retrievmultiple on annotation entity - normal
Activities - ?????? have no clue what is going on here. I have sample records for every kind of activity + 1 custom activity. During Pane refresh, retrieveultiple is called for phonecall and email entity but for other entities - nothing. Activity pointer is also not used.

Any idea what can be problem?
