Customer voice response from Real time marketing

Hello, I am sending a Customer voice survey using real-time marketing. when I look at the responses, I cannot understand who was the customer that submitted the answer, and I need to search in Dynamics to find the right person manually. 
 
Is there a way I can add the first name, last name here instead of the Marketing Respondent?

    Real time is not properly integrated with Customer Voice.
     
    Is there any plan to fix this ??

    I am also having this issue. It seems like it should work based on there being a button to check if you want the survey to be anonymous.
     
    Has anyone found a fix for this?
