No, financial report can not achieve this directly, as there is no option given to fetch value from other financial report.
However what you can do is, do the same calculations in the report B as well but keep those rows as not visible by setting Show field value as No. This will only be possible if you columns of Report A and B are same not otherwise.
May be through customization we can achieve it but it will be complex to do.
